Through a journey of self-reflection, Riley realizes she no longer has to be a victim of her own mind. She discovers the power of taking control of her thoughts, eventually learning how to coexist and even become friends with them. This film serves as a creative exploration of mental health, personifying the voices in our heads to show that harmony is possible even in chaotic times.
