Logline: A babysitter discovers there is something not quite right about the young boy she is taking care of…
Writer/Director Statement: I made this many years ago when my wife was pregnant. I never uploaded it. Just got busy and forgot I guess. Anyway, at the time my wife was 8 months and 3 weeks pregnant. We decided to shoot something small and intimate in our house to distract us from the impending birth of our child. As there was the distinct possibility my wife could go into labor, we wanted to shoot something in only one afternoon and night. And so, the short film “Billy…” was born. And exactly one week later our daughter was born too. Making a creepy kid movie probably was a strange choice for new parents-to-be, but it was a fun and freaky little undertaking, nonetheless. And our daughter turned out all right… if you don’t count the levitating.
